In your opinion, what are the biggest trends for the upcoming wedding season?
Candid photos, vintage inspired decor, DIY projects and special friches

What is the #1 piece of advice you would give to couples planning a wedding in 2013/2014?
Take the time to get to know your vendors and choose the ones you best get along with and feel a connection from

 

 

Why is it important for brides and grooms-to-be to shop locally for the wedding products / services?
Following up with vendors or making appointments are a lot easier

What is your favourite wedding themed movie or tv/reality show of all time?
TLC – Four Weddings

What would you say has been your proudest moment as a business owner in the wedding industry?
I always love receiving thank you cards or walking into clients home seeing my images on their wall. There is no greater feeling

A: The biggest trend we are seeing in photography is that people are looking for simple, elegant photos with attention to detail as well as using unique locations as the backdrop for their photos

Q: What is the number one piece of advice you would give to couples planning a wedding in 2012/2013?

A: Do your homework! Make sure you are hiring experienced professionals for your wedding services.

Q: What is one of the funniest/strangest things you have experienced since working in the wedding industry?

A: We saw a groom faint at the altar

Q: What is your favourite wedding themed movie TV/reality show of all time?

A: The Hangover!!

Q: What is your favourite part of the wedding process?

A: Being able to spend one of the most important days of their lives with the couple and being able to capture the moments of the day for them to remember
